These Terms of Use and the End User License Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement"), together with all documents referred to therein, constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as a natural person ("you", "your" or "user"), and Chill Link - Fast VPN Proxy ("we", "us" or "our"). "User") and Chill Link - Fast VPN Proxy ("we", "us" or "our"). "we", "us", "our" or "ours") regarding your access to and use of the Chill Link - Fast VPN Proxy software application (the "Application") on your mobile device.

You must read these Terms carefully before you download our vpn, and we encourage you to review these Terms (including our Privacy Policy) periodically; we may update the Application and revise the Terms from time to time in order to facilitate your use of the Application, and your regular review will help you to be aware of new features as they are updated, and to learn how to use our new features, if and when they become available. If there are new features, it will also help you learn to use our new features.

Changes to this Agreement

 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or modify this Agreement at any time and for any reason. We will let you know of any changes by updating this Agreement, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of updates. If you continue to use the Application after the date of posting of the revised Agreement, you will be bound by any changes to the revised Agreement and will be deemed to understand and accept those changes.

 

Who may use the application

a. You must be at least 18 years old to download, install and use the Application.

We apologize for the strict age limitations imposed by law.

You must be at least 18 years of age to download and use the Application; we also protect the privacy and personal information of minors in accordance with the law;

If you are 18 years of age or older, we will still have encryption measures in place to protect your privacy, including but not limited to your device, history, and other browsing information.

You agree not to use the Application in any way:

- Is unlawful, illegal or unauthorized;

- Is defamatory of any other person;

- Is obscene or offensive;

- infringe any copyright, database right or trademark of any other person;

- promotes, facilitates or assists any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

You must not make the Application available to any third party. If you do any of the above we will hold you liable to the full extent of the law.

We will not send or share any of your private information with any third party.

Disclaimer of Liability

 

We are not responsible for all your actions when you stop using our apps

We do not provide you with any warranty as to the proper functioning of the application, however, if you feel that our application does not meet your expectations, you may provide us with your comments and we welcome feedback from our users.

 

Legal Compliance

 You ensure that all of your online behavior complies with local laws and regulations and that you do not engage in any matters that are contrary to legal norms.

 

Termination

 

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason in our sole discretion.

Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you herein will terminate; and (b) you must cease all use of the Application.
